Reconnect - Rewired National Training Workshop

A very successful Reconnect – Rewired National Training Workshop that was conducted in Sydney on 25th and 26th August 2008 by the National Office for Evangelisation. Designed for those who work in the field of adult faith education formation and evangelistaion at a national or diocesan level the purpose of this workshop is to introduce Reconnect and Rewired, explore the role of evangelisation in the contemporary Church in Australia, build on and harness the spirit of World Youth Day 2008, provide practical hands on strategies for marketing and meet others involved in the same work in a context of mutual support and encouragement for mission.

The workshop is to be conducted by Marita Winters and John Francis Collins

Marita Winters is the Director of the National Office for Evangelisation. Previous to her current role Marita was director of Communications for the Archdiocese of Sydney for eight years

John Collins is the Projects Manager at the National Office for Evangelisation. John has had many years experience in adult education, pastoral work and research and has worked in a variety of roles in Church agencies.
